We are honest about the few jobs we cannot safely do:
- Tungsten and ceramic rings cannot be cut or rejoined.
- Full eternity bands need a setting rebuild, not a simple resize.
- Some tension settings must go back to the original maker.
- Severely heat-damaged stones cannot be restored.
- Quartz watch movements with corroded boards are usually a replacement, not a repair.
